Hi my fellow Real-Raise “Virtual Village” leaders. Each quarter we take a look at the news and shake our heads in disbelief. Because let's face it, the more things change, the more they stay the same.

It's like Groundhog Day over here, folks. Every day, we wake up to the same headlines. Police brutality, systemic racism, political division, climate change - it's like we're stuck in a never-ending loop.

But here's the thing, folks, it's not just the headlines that are repeating, it's the systems that got us here. And we can't just keep reading the same headlines and shaking our heads. We've got to do something about it, together.

Now, I know what you're thinking, Alexis, it's easier said than done. But hear me out. What if, instead of just talking about the problems, we actually took action to fix them? Imagine that!

We can start by voting for leaders who prioritize change, speaking out against injustice, and supporting organizations that are working to create a better future. We can also educate ourselves and others, and work smarter together towards creating a more equitable society.

So, folks, let's break the cycle. Let's not just read the same headlines and shake our heads, let's do something about it. Because if we don't, well, I'm afraid we'll be stuck in this never-ending loop, reading the same headlines, forever.

And who wants that? Not me, folks! Let's make a change.
